1) Carefully selecting only industry luminaries, blue chip attorneys, CPAs and senior regulatory authorities to serve on the prestigious CCO University Faculty.

2) Requiring the lead professor to draft a 25 to 60 page text book, accompanied by a 2 to 3 hour lecture, and a final examination.

3) Continually identifying new subject matter for the CCO University curriculum.
